Great location, but check-in chaos

The location is super convenient, really close to downtown. We had some trouble checking in at 10 pm. it felt like forever! The guy at the front was really slow and kept messing up the credit card thing. It was frustrating after a long drive. The parking was good though, plenty of spots.
